BSE 2026 is organised by the Strategic Business Alliance (SBA), which operates as part of the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for India. The Event, its payment collection, and the maintenance of the Website and its properties are administered by Kajani Exim India LLP, the authorised partner for these functions. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in this Policy refer to SBA acting together with Kajani Exim India LLP in their respective roles.

Transaction details — records of the pass purchased and payment confirmation. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials; these are handled directly by our payment gateway (see Section 4).
Technical data — limited information such as browser type, device and general usage collected automatically to keep the Website secure and functioning.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process your registration and issue your Event pass.
To communicate confirmations, schedules, venue details and important updates about the Event.
To manage entry, seating capacity and on-site delegate verification.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Payments

Payments for Event passes are collected by Kajani Exim India LLP using Cashfree as the payment gateway. When you make a payment, your payment-instrument details are entered on and processed by Cashfree’s secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction status and the associated registration reference — not your underlying payment credentials. Cashfree’s handling of your data is additionally governed by Cashfree’s own privacy policy.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only as necessary to run the Event:

Between SBA and Kajani Exim India LLP for organising, registration and payment-reconciliation purposes.
With service providers who support the Event (such as the payment gateway and Website hosting), bound to use the data only for the services they provide.
Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

6. Data Retention

We retain registration and transaction records for as long as necessary to deliver the Event and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which the information is securely deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. While no online transmission can be guaranteed as fully secure, we work to protect your data using industry-standard safeguards.
