Terms of Service — BSE 2026 | Strategic Business Alliance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration for and attendance at the Business Summit & Expo 2026 (“BSE 2026”, “the Event”) and your use of the Event website at ucaevents.com and related properties (“the Website”). By registering for the Event or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Organiser & Administration

BSE 2026 is organised by the Strategic Business Alliance (SBA), which operates as part of the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for India.

Hosting & payments. The Event is hosted by Kajani Exim India LLP, which is in charge of all payment collections for the Event. Kajani Exim India LLP is the authorised partner for the collection of payments and for the maintenance of the Website and its properties. Payments are processed through Cashfree as the payment gateway.

2. Registration & Eligibility

Registration is completed online via the Website and is confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
Delegate categories (e.g. SBA Member and Non-Alliance Member) and their pricing are as stated on the Website at the time of registration.
Passes are issued to the named delegate and are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the organiser in writing.

3. Pricing, Early-Bird & Capacity

Early-bird pricing is promotional and strictly limited to the first 100 registrations. Once early-bird capacity is reached, standard (Regular) pricing of ₹1,500 applies to all delegates.
Venue capacity is strictly limited. Entry is subject to registration, and early-bird slots close automatically once the capacity threshold is reached.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Payments

All payments are collected by Kajani Exim India LLP through the Cashfree payment gateway. By completing a payment you authorise Kajani Exim India LLP and Cashfree to process the transaction. Your payment-instrument details are handled directly and securely by Cashfree; the organiser does not store your full payment credentials. A registration is deemed confirmed only when payment is successfully received and acknowledged.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Given the capacity-limited nature of the Event, passes are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
If the Event is cancelled in full by the organiser, registered delegates will be offered a refund of the pass fee (net of unavoidable payment-gateway charges) or, at the organiser’s discretion, entry to a rescheduled date.
Refund requests, where applicable, are administered by Kajani Exim India LLP and processed to the original payment method through Cashfree within a reasonable period.
Failure to attend (“no-show”) does not entitle a delegate to a refund.

6. Changes to the Programme

The Event agenda, speakers, sessions, timings and venue arrangements are indicative and may change. The organiser reserves the right to modify, substitute or reschedule any part of the programme — including speakers and sessions — without liability, while endeavouring to deliver an equivalent experience.

7. Conduct at the Venue

Delegates must comply with the Summit Protocol, including the Business Formals dress code, and with all venue rules and instructions from Event staff.
The organiser may refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the professional decorum of the Event, without refund.
Entry is by valid registration only.

8. Recording & Media

The Event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image, voice and likeness being captured and used by the organiser for legitimate promotional, archival and reporting purposes in connection with the Event and the Strategic Business Alliance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and materials presented at the Event — including logos, branding, session materials and the “BSE 2026” identity — are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBA, Kajani Exim India LLP, their partners, officers and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from attendance at the Event or use of the Website. Delegates attend the Event and its associated activities, including the networking dinner, at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Event is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Event or these Terms.
